Vanilla Gibson; where is he?

hi, in 2004 my family and i bought a standard poodle from a poodle breeder in Port Sydney Ontario. We named him Vanilla Gibson. He was cream coloured and I loved him alot. On May 20th he will be 5 years old.
Last year in 2008 my dad left us.. him and my mom split up. And Gibson changed, he was always sad and peed in the house all the time, he started to be very disobedient, i guess because he missed my dad alot.
Last May or June I went to school and when I came home Gibson was gone. My mom took him away and said she gave him to a poodle rescue place.
I never got to say good bye to Gibson, I kills me everyday. I just want to see him again, hold him, and say good bye.
I beg my mom to tell me the place she sent him, but she refuses to tell me.
I love Gibson more then anything.

Could you please help me find him?
is there a way I can find him?
