Check out www.handicappedpets.com. They have solutions for almost every problem you may have with your pet. I bought a cart there for my tripod.

Sorry to hear about the health problems of your beloved poodle.
It is sure hard watching our best friend get old and weak.
One possible solution we used was to get some Men's or Boys small briefs and put them on her with absorbent material inside. We used this on out first poodle before we were able to get her spayed during her first heat cycle. This seemed to work pretty well.

Regarding the uncontrollable "bladder" issues, "Petco" has "doggy diapers"....if there is not one near you.....you can go on-line. One of our standards leaks when he gets excited (he is only 8 months old), so when we go to the nursing home to do "therapy work" with the residents, he will be wearing a doggy diaper.
