Hi, as I read your comments I share your tears. I know, I have at the age of 74 had 8 standards, two of whom are still with me and cry every time I lose one but remember all the good times we had together. I know that one day we will again meet and be together again.
I suppose that the so called breeder calls herself a Christian on Christmas day but can treat her dogs as she did. I wonder if her kids are or were treated the same way

As I read your story tears came to my eyes. I'm so glad you saved those wonderful mama dogs. I understand how you feel about losing your Silvie. I lost my darling Scarlet in August of this year and I still cry for her. I had her for 11 1/2 wonderful years and losing her from bloat was one of the saddest things I've been through. Stay strong!
