Standard Poodles - Poodle ClubsPoodle clubs are a group of pet owners, breeders, professional handlers and AKC judges who offer a wealth of invaluable information about Standard Poodles, Miniature and Toy Poodles. They are active in promoting the American Kennel Club standard of excellence for the breed.They also participate in sponsoring specialty shows and rescuing Poodles in need. The members are active in many activities such as: agility, conformation, obedience, tracking, pet therapy and search and rescue to name a few. They can be one of your best sources for Standard Poodle breeder referrals, since the members are generally familiar with other breeder’s lineage.
