Arizona Adoption Ready Willing & Able
by: Tammy

I'd love to adopt your black male standard poodle pup. I've been looking for quite some time. Unfortunately the dog would have to shipped as I live in Arizona. If you are interested my return email is tfontaine@bashas.com or 480/201-0056.

I'm 52 years old and have no other dogs in the home, just one female cat "Jamaica" who lost her brother to natural causes approx 2 years ago. I've had Jamaica for 14 years; since she was a kitten.

I have a great home.

I need your help more than you ned mine
by: Gary

My sister and her husband retired from the Army Green Barets after 26 years, back in the late 80's, and they have had poodles for over 30 years. He recently was told he had cancer and less then 4 months to live (believed to be linked to agent orange). She is dying of fear of being alone, and alone in her house; with crime the way it is. She wold love to have a bigger dog but it has to be nonshedding; for alergiy reasons. She is having to deal with alot over the next 3-4 months and I told her that I would find a way to find her a dog; and decided to look at pounds and rescue sites. Her dogs have all been house dogs and spoied. the problem is that she can not afford the cost of a standard poodle, nor can I. Due to Army red tape, she will not get any of his retirement when he passes on; she will depend on his SS and her day care that she has run for over 30 years. I have visited many rescue sites, but your page showed that you really care abut your dogs, and that you really need to find one a home, but that you are very paticular. I know you don't want to fly your dog anywhere and I don't blame you, that is just too much stress on a dog. If you would see it in your heart to help her out, I would at my cost meet you somewhere to pick up one of the dogs;as I said you would be doing her more of a favor then anyone wold be doing for you. I know you don't know me, but I can have our vet personallycontact you assuring you that her dogs, as mine, have always received the best of love and care. Please contact me at either the e-mail reply or at 541-465-1634 or 541-517-0256. Thank you for your time.
