Hi Sandy, thanks for your comment. From what ive been told osca comes from the name oscar but they wanted to spell it differently.
When we first got him our budgie cage was on a low table. I let them out a fair bit and one day when the wide door was open he thought he'd stop by and say hi by putting his whole head in the cage with them in it! I have since moved them to a higher position and he has left them alone. But I agree with you, I think if he wanted to he could take a big bite out of either of them!

What an interesting name! Any idea what it stands for?

I have a Senegal Parrot and my Poodles pretty much ignore him. I'm sure if he wanted to, he could take a pretty big bite out of their noses!
