Max

by The Lehmans, Bob & Linda
(Royal Oak, Oakland County, MI)

We rescued a 9 to 10 year old stray, blind, Standard apricot male poodle. We do not know his real name, for he had no tags when found by Animal Control.

Max, as we call him, was blind for many years according to a vet opthomologist. We gave Max, after extensive tests, a chance to see once again. His operation was a success and he is now a happy member of our family and enjoying his senior years.

We find the Standard Poodle the perfect family member for adults and children.
