2 Poodle Possible rescue

It's hard to tell what they might have unless there is written documentation of some defect or disease when turned in to the rescue.

I'd take a look at the teeth and gums. Pale gums can be a sign of something wrong. Check the ears and eyes.

See how they walk, check for limps or deformed limbs.

Check the skin and fur for missing fur, hot spots, sores.

Standard Poodle Rescues

We are thinking of adopting two standard poodles that are 6 and 7 years old. Have been told they are in excellent health. Any ideas on what we should look for before we take them to the vet for a check up to be sure.
