Star helping me change the sheets

I do not have a rescue story but I do have a standard poodle named Star, he is a salt and pepper male. Recently he has started panting all the time. This is not normal for him.. The vet has done all the normal tests including blood and they were all fine. Also, he has started licking his bottom. There is not a hot spot and I do not see anything visually wrong. I have recently switched groomers but my other 2 dogs are not having any problems. I was wondering if anybody else has had these problems?
