Hello to Annabelle from Seattle
by: Linda Wraith

Congratulations on Annabelle. It sounds like she is really happy to be with you. I love that she is bounding up and down the stairs. For many years I had two beautiful, black standard poodles. When my Queen Bee died in November at almost 16 yrs. Lucas (the baby @ nine years) was lonely and grieving. I explored all options: Petfinder, Poodle Rescue...you name it. I guess I was waiting for a sign; a Dog God that would tell me what to do. On Easter Day Lucas and I took a ferry (we live on Puget Sound) to a small shelter and brought home a skinny little white boy who was obviously a toy but had been air-brushed in photoshop and billed as a miniature. It's only been four weeks but I am learning that good things come in small packages. Lucas is very happy to have a little brother and Westly is the most amazing little sprite I've ever know.

Maybe your next on could be a toy?
